  • Partner with streaming platforms for movie and television series (ie. holiday season releases). 

  • Launch promotion codes at the time of new releases on the streaming services with a 10% discount on delivery orders.

  • Promote family meals/kits for merchants on premier nights of streaming releases.

Fashion Industry

The objective of this presentation is to identify the current position of Nike since the global pandemic.

Based on my findings, the company can create a strategic plan for the future fiscal year.

  • Improve their inventory turnover ratio to 4 or above. 

  • Improve their bounce rate on all digital platforms

Disruptors like Airbnb and OTAs continue to impact hotel franchises.

During this presentation, I will analyze industry metrics and insights for Marriott International to restrategize there positioning.

  • Strategize vacation rental hotel properties to allow more personalization and value for customers. 

  • Expand vacation rental properties in North America Region 

  • Increase online traffic and mobile app ranking (improve SEO and metasearch)
